Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Law, or related field and 36 months of experience as a CEO or General Manager.

• Duties include leading overall business operations, strategic planning, and organizational growth; overseeing cross-functional teams while ensuring efficient daily execution. Responsibilities also include financial planning, budgeting, performance management, coordination of facility development and operational readiness, driving strategic expansion and partnerships, managing stakeholder relations, developing business and marketing strategies, supervising operational and administrative staff, and preparing financial and performance reports.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Tennis Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in collegiate tennis, preferably with NCAA experience, a proven track record in coaching, and a talent for engaging with children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive tennis programs tailored to various skill levels.

• Provide individual and group coaching sessions, emphasizing technique, strategy, and sportsmanship.

• Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere, particularly for our younger athletes.

• Organize and oversee tennis clinics, workshops, and tournaments.

• Collaborate with fellow coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive and enriching experience for all participants.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a collegiate tennis player, NCAA player

• Demonstrated coaching experience, with a focus on youth engagement.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to inspire and motivate players of all ages.
